Passport to the World September 29, 2010
Last fall's fundraiser was held in Portland at the historic John Palmer House. We successfully raised more than $9,000 from our Silent Auction featuring our usual stellar international artifacts. Thank you for another incredibly successful fundraising season. Thanks to you we were able to launch Tiana Woods to India, and Flor Soto to Southeast Asia!
Far Away, So Close June 17, 2009
Two Pangaea graduates, Dan Smith and Isabel Burri, recently returned from Africa and India, respectively, as a result of the generosity shown by everyone who participated--thank you all!
The Foundation's inaugural fundraising event took place this past summer in Portland, Oregon. Entitled "Far Away, So Close" it was an evening of amazing company, great food, incredible music, and a plethora of silent auction items--both locally and internationally sourced.
Be sure to check out the 2010 silent auction that will take place at the historic John Palmer House in North Portland's historic Mississippi District this September for more priceless, irreplaceable art from around the world and valuable goods and services closer to home!
